Most issues are visible in the product itself.
Start Menu → PACS - Service status shows each port (DICOM, TLS, HTTP, HTTPS) and who holds it, plus firewall rules. PACS - Log folder opens the logs.
Run Trust-TekVaultPACS.cmd from the login page on that PC. Still warned? See Troubleshooting — usually a stale duplicate certificate or an address the certificate does not cover.
Check Settings → Security (only configured nodes?) and the Audit Log's Connections tab for the rejection reason. "Out of resources" means the server's storage is below its minimum free space.
The Jobs page retries automatically and keeps the last error on each job (ⓘ badge); backups ride out connection drops for up to two hours. Use Retry once the cause is fixed.
