A self-hosted PACS for Windows Server. Receives from every modality, keeps the images safe and backed up, and gives your team a fast web console to find, export and forward studies.

Built on the fo-dicom toolkit and .NET 8, TekVault PACS runs as a Windows service with a Blazor web console. No database server to maintain, no licence per workstation.
C-ECHO, C-STORE, C-FIND and C-MOVE. Optional TLS, configurable AE title and ports, allow/deny lists by AE title and IP range.
Windows single sign-on, LDAP, local accounts or Microsoft Entra ID. Group membership maps to Admin or User.
Grouped by patient, sortable, infinite scroll, live refresh. Select studies and export, send or delete in bulk.
Incremental copies to local/UNC, S3-compatible or Azure Blob targets with database snapshots. Browse a backup and restore by patient, UID or date.
Write a DICOMDIR to a drive on the server, download a ZIP, or โ with the TekVault Agent โ straight to the USB stick in the user's own PC.
Import folders on the server, watch an inbox share, or upload a CD/USB from a workstation through the agent.
Live transfers, remote-node health, storage and backup usage bars, jobs with automatic retry, audit log with failure reasons.
Bandwidth caps with schedules, memory limits, concurrent-association limits, quotas and a built-in database repair tool.
Modest hardware goes a long way โ the index is SQLite and images are plain DICOM files on disk.
Windows Server 2016 or later (or Windows 10/11 Pro), 4 GB RAM, local SSD for the index, any disk or share for images. The installer fetches the .NET 8 SDK if needed.
One TCP port for DICOM (104 by default), optional TLS port, and HTTP/HTTPS for the console. The installer opens the firewall for you.
Any modern browser. The optional TekVault Agent runs on Windows 10/11 without admin rights.
